Every photo you see here was taken in Kyrgyzstan on the previous trip. The images do not represent the locations in Kazakhstan; the conditions of the season, weather and individual programs may differ on the 2027 route.
Price and participation
€1,650 per person
The fee covers the ten-day shared itinerary. Travel from Budapest to Almaty starts on 18 May; the return from Bishkek is on 28 or 29 May, depending on the final flight arrangements.
The flight ticket is purchased by each participant in its own name. I'll help you pick out the right flights.

The local programme
- Every night, including the last night to travel home; breakfast and dinner; local and airport transfers.
- Local manager, interpreting, Hungarian tour guide and photographer help.
- Entrance of the program, Altyn-Arashan road and thermal source.
- Eagle hunting show, archery, program riding and Song- Kul jurtanight.
- A joint online briefing before departure.

Flights are not included
The Budapest-Almaty and Bishkek-Budapest flights, lunches, passenger and accident insurance, alcoholic drinks and personal expenses are to be paid separately.

The itinerary may change
The trip includes canyon walks, mountain travel by 4×4 and a night at Song-Kul, at an altitude of 3016 metres. The order and individual activities may change according to weather, road conditions and safety.

- Day 1: Almaty, Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, Kok-Tobe.
- Day 2: Charyn Canyon, continue to Saty.
- Day 3: Kolsai Lake, border crossing, Karakol.
- Day 4: By 4×4 to Altyn-Arashan and its hot springs.
- Day 5: Jeti- Öguz, back to Karakol.
- Day 6: Skazka Canyon, Barskoon, Bokonbaevo.
- Day 7: Eagle Hunting Show, Kochkor, Song-Kul.
- Day 8: Kok-Moinok and Chong-Kemin.
- Day 9: Burana Tower, Bishkek.
- Day 10: Bishkek and airport transfer.

Frequently asked questions
May 18-29 or May 19-28?
The total planned travel period is 18-29 May 2027; the 10-day joint programme is 19-28 May. The return from Bishkek will take place on 28 or 29 May, depending on the final flight. Let's check the connection before we buy tickets.
Can I join with just a phone camera?
Yeah. Professional camera and photographer pre-training is not a condition. We leave time for the images and help with composition and use of light. Adjust the technical equipment to your own needs; the charging options will be agreed before departure.
How do we get to Kyrgyzstan?
We're arriving on land from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan. On Altyn-Arashan's mountain section, we switched to an SUV. The program also includes canyon walks and Jurtanight at Song-Kul; this is not just a tour of the city by bus.
Is lunch and last night's stay in it?
The current offer includes every night of accommodation, including the last night to travel home. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price; lunch is paid separately. Flight tickets, insurance, alcoholic drinks and personal expenses are also separate items.
What are the circumstances at Song-Kul?
The program includes a night spent in yurt at the high mountain lake. The size of the jurta, the room distribution, the washing and heating arrangements may vary from camp to camp; the conditions of the specific accommodation are clarified before departure. This is not a promise of private jurst placement in itself.
